More connected to yourself.

More connected to each other.

Queer-affirming therapy for coming back to yourself, navigating identity & life transitions, & building relationships with more honesty, desire & intimacy.

You're self-aware, thoughtful, and probably pretty good at holding it all together. But you're starting to wonder if “fine” is actually enough.

Maybe you're trying to understand your sexuality, untangling shame, or reimagining the life you've built.

Maybe you and your partner(s) love each other but keep falling into the same patterns. You want to feel close without losing yourselves—and build a more connected, satisfying life together, including sex.

Or maybe you're the person everyone counts on. You anticipate others' needs, overthink your decisions, and push through exhaustion. You want to reconnect with your body, trust yourself, and feel more comfortable asking for what you need.

You don't have to wait until something falls apart to make a change.

Whether you're exploring who you are, reshaping how you relate to others, or learning to listen to yourself again, therapy can help you move beyond understanding your patterns to actually changing them.

Let's make more room for the relationships and life you actually want.

I’m Morris.

I work with queer couples who love each other but feel stuck in the same arguments, struggle with mismatched desire, or want a sex life that feels more satisfying and connected.

I work with individuals trying to understand their sexuality, untangling shame or expectations, and learning to trust what they want instead of always putting others first.

I’m a licensed marriage and family therapist and an AASECT-certified sex therapist, and it’s great to meet you.

Reach out.
Send me a message through the contact form to tell me a little about what you're looking for. You don't have to share your whole story—just enough to help us begin the conversation.

Let's see if we're a fit.
We'll connect to talk about what brings you to therapy, what you're hoping for, and whether my approach feels right for you. It's an opportunity to ask questions, get a sense of working together, and decide what feels like the best next step.

Find a time that works.
If it feels like a good fit, we'll talk through availability, fees, and scheduling. I'll help you understand what to expect so you can make an informed decision about moving forward.

Begin where you are.
You don't need to arrive with a polished explanation of what's wrong or a list of things to fix. We'll start with what's happening in your life right now and get curious about what you need, what matters to you, and what you want to feel more of.
